２０１５年当時のセルビアにおける難民状況アピール

　２０１５年にセルビアから届いた、緊急アピールを募集要項にこれまで掲載してきましたが、メッセージ部分をこのサイトに移行しました。

　現在の状況は、１６年３月に始まる欧州諸国の国境閉鎖に伴ってかなり異なっていますが、２０１５年当時の状況を想像して頂くために、次に掲載しておきます。

Time is really difficult concerning refugee crisis here on the route from Greece and Macedonia. More and more people are coming, more families, babies and children(children -approximatelly 20-25% of all). It seems as an exodus nowadays..

Most of them from Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq. All of them are really dissent, escaping war atrocities and life threat. Situation is deteriorating, approximately 1000 persons are entering Serbia daily, most of them from the Macedonia (through Presevo wally). Serbian institutions are unprepared, static, they do not understand nature of migration. State assistance is provided in Temporary Evidention Centre in Presevo in evidention process but without accommodation. State protection is provided as well on the exit of Serbia near town of Kanjiza, where they are providing food and temporary shelter. In the south of Serbia people are moving fast, State made Temporary Evidention Centre in Presevo just to take fingerprints and give asylum intention paper valid for 72 hours, but nothing more because people are looking to continue from Presevo as soon as possible, they are not staying more than five-six hours there and are heading toward Belgrade. In Belgrade they are staying in various districts and most transparently in area around bus, train stations and city parks. Constantly, in the area around stations there is among 500-800 persons daily. More and more women, babies and children, whole families.

They are sleeping in the areas on the open, they are lacking humanitarian support (hygiene, bags, tents, clothes, water, etc.). We are active daily there sharing info leaflets and sharing humanitarian aid gathered from local citizens and private firms over our network of volunteers and staff but it seems as really small support to the sea of needs of refugees. We are outnumbered but are trying to expand our volunteering network and try to find storage place for humanitarian aid we are gathering and sharing. Moreover we need administrative officer in order to better function and cover new technical and administrative issues..

Concerning statistics more than 100 000 persons expressed asylum until now in 2015, almost 60 000 persons that are not expressing asylum intention but just passing through Serbia without being evidenced. Thus in total more than 160 000 persons entered and passed through Serbia in this year. More and more people needs protection, assistance, humanitarian aid in Belgrade and in Subotica area where brick factory and city ladnfill is still gathering point for those without enough money to pay private accommodation or immediate smuggling services.

Serbian Government said that will address migrant issue in humanitarian manner and built urgent accomodation center on the outscurts of Belgrade, but when and how, remains unclear at this moment.
